Rising Hope Counselling Services

Rising Hope Counselling offers individual evidence-based counselling by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Rising Hope offers support in dealing with many different types of challenges in life and is located in the East End of Kingston, Ontario for individuals 16 years of age and older. For your convenience, Rising Hope is pleased to announce the expansion of services to include secure video counselling and phone counselling that you can access services from the comfort of your own home.
