Rising Hope Counselling Services

Janice, pronounced Ja-Niece- (it’s not my fault, my parents did it) Hillier graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and from McMaster University with combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Social Work (BA/BSW) degrees. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Her business Rising Hope offers individual evidence-based counselling for many different types of challenges in life including anxiety/ depression, grief/ loss, stress, insomnia, life transitions, and more. Although located in the East End of Kingston, virtual services are also offered.  You don't have to do this alone.
