I believe in working with individuals and couples to help them reach their objectives and purpose for seeking counselling. I do so while exhibiting respect, empathy, unconditional positive regard, genuineness and understanding. I create a safe and non-judgmental place or outlet for you to feel heard. I am very passionate about what I do and thank you for trusting me and taking the first step towards your mental health wellness. I prefer to work with anxiety & mood disorders, stress, relationship/marriage issues, sexuality/intimacy, career/academic concerns, personal growth issues.
I can act as a sounding board, a devil's advocate, a person of support or a colleague in your own life's work. I use a variety of approaches in counselling and determine which is most beneficial to the client after meeting with them and discussing their therapeutic goals.
